CONSTRUCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SEED CONDITIONING UNIT UAS - TARIJA

This project consists of the construction and assembly of a complete agroindustrial plant on a 17,000 m² site strategically located next to the international highway to Argentina. The plant is designed to carry out the full processing of seeds, covering the stages of cleaning, drying, size classification (with a standardizer), density separation (using three densimetric tables), weighing and storage. The internal transport system will be based on ten bucket elevators that will feed the various processing equipment. Bulk storage capacity will be ensured by four 100‑tonne silos, complemented by a 50‑tonne dispatch silo to speed up distribution. For the preservation of special batches, a cold room with environmental control will be included. The plant will also have a truck scale for weight control at receipt and dispatch. Additionally, support facilities will be built including administrative offices, staff housing, a dining room and kitchen, bathroom blocks and a laboratory equipped for seed quality control. The final product of the plant will be conditioned seeds, i.e., clean, with the appropriate moisture level, uniformly classified, precisely weighed and stored under optimal conditions for subsequent commercialization.
